Modia Trade accepts returns within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All components, accessories, manuals, and labels are intact

  • A valid trace ID and purchase receipt are submitted for verification

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Signs of use, tampering, or physical damage
